Dry Chana or chickpeas is one of the most vital and nutritious diets out there and is a far better snack than a burger or fried chips. It is imperative to understand that we are living in a pretty unhealthy generation and obesity is taking a toll on mankind. Countries such as the US and England are facing the problems of obesity and diabetes on a very large scale because of turning to unhealthy junk food as snacks.

India has always been different from the world in most aspects and especially in food. In this context dry chana is the best alternative for a healthy snack and mind you, IT IS DELICIOUS! Dry chana can be dubbed into many delicious recipes such masala chole, roasted dry chana, masala dry chana etc and all of these have numerous health benefits. Dr chana is one of the few elements of food which are both delicious and at the same time healthy and what remains in India is to get rid of the toxic western culture.
